FAQ's
Please see a list of common questions with answers provided below. If you do not find what you are looking for, please let me know and I will be happy to answer your questions!
When is homework due?
Homework is assigned every Thursday in folders. Students then have one week to complete their homework and return it to me by the following Thursday. To make completing the homework easier on everyone, I suggest you set aside time each night or a few nights a week and dedicate this time to homework and reading practice.
Math HomeLinks will come home at the beginning of the school year, pages are then assigned through our weekly classroom newsletter (Thursday). Students are responsible for ripping out their HomeLinks pages and returning them by Thursday of each week.
What do I need to know about snack time?
We will have snack time every afternoon as a way for kiddos to refuel. Students are responsible for bringing their own snack each day. Please label your child's snack if possible (this allows for faster passing out). :-)
We have about 10 minutes (at most) for snack each day, please pack a healthy snack that is easy to eat quickly (please nothing that needs spoons or forks). Please do not send drinks or candy for snack.
